Thursday Thrive! Come dance, THRIVE, and feel alive!

Classes will be at the studio on Thursdays during the month of July, starting July 9th.

Classes are subject to change based on enrollment.

Creative Movement: (ages 3-4)
10:00am-10:30am 

Pre-Ballet: (ages 5-6) 
10:30am-11:00am

Beginning Ballet: (ages 7-11)
11:15am-12:00pm

Adult-teen Beginning Ballet, "Lunch Break Dance!" (ages 13 and up) 
12:30pm-1:30pm 

Jazz Beginning: (ages 7-11)
4:30pm-5:15pm 

Ballet for trained dancers (ages 12 and up)
5:15pm-6:15pm 

Jazz for trained dancers  (ages 12 and up)

Contemporary for trained dancers (ages 12 and up)

Summer Pricing:

30 min class = $12/class  
OR 4 classes in 1 month: $42 ($6 discount)  

45 min class = $15/class 
OR 4 classes in 1 month:  $53 ($7 discount)

60 min class=  $18/class
or 4 classes:  $63 ($9 discount)

** Off-site Creative Movement classes are being held at Hillside Preschool & Fingerprints Childcare Center. If your child attends either of these preschools and you would like more information, please contact us at radiantdance@echohillschurch.com.

Calendar:

Fall semester begins: Tuesday, 09/15/2026

Open House: Thursday, 09/10/2026, 5pm -7pm. Meet staff, tour facility, shop at Empire Dance Shop (they will be bringing their mobile store to us again this year!), enjoy refreshments and raffle prizes.

Christmas Show: TBA (typically 2nd week of December)

Spring show: Saturday, 05/15/2026, 5:30pm-8pm at Echo Hills Stage.

Fall 2026 class schedule:

Creative Movement (ages 3-4) Wednesday 5:00-5:30pm in Studio A.

Pre-Ballet (ages 5-6) Wednesday 5:30-6:15pm in Studio A.

Beginning Ballet (ages 7-11) Wednesday 6:15-7:00pm in Studio A.

Ballet 2 Advanced (called, “Ballet 2A”) Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm in Studio C.

Level 4:

Ballet 4 Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm AND Thursday 4:15-5:15pm. Both classes in Studio B.

Jazz 4 - Please note that Ballet is required if taking jazz. Tuesday 4:00-5:30pm (Studio C).

Revive! class Thursday 6:45-7:00pm(Studio A). This class is OPTIONAL for Level 4.

Level Intermediate (IB, IA): Ballet and Revive class are required for Intermediate. Pointe and jazz classes are optional and if enrolled, must take 2x/week.

Intermediate Beginning (IB) classes: Ballet and Revive class required for the Intermediate dancer.

Ballet Intermediate Beginning (called, Ballet IB) with Jr. Dance Ministry Team (called, Jr. DMT) Tuesday 4:00-5:30pm (Studio A) AND Thursday 5:00-6:00pm (Studio C).

Jazz Intermediate Beginning (called, Jazz IB) Wednesday 5:00-6:00pm (Studio C) AND Thursday 4:00-5:00pm (Studio A). Please note: ballet is required if taking jazz and must take BOTH jazz classes if enrolled in jazz.

Pointe 1 and Pointe Variations: if taking pointe, BOTH pointe classes are required.

Pointe 1 Thursday 6:00-6:45pm (Studio C). Must have at least 1-2 years of pointe training completed.

Pointe Variations Wednesday 4:00-5:00pm (Studio A). This pointe class will explore both traditional classical and lyrical/modern variations.

Revive !class Thursday 6:45-7:15pm (Studio A). This class is required for the Intermediate dancer.

Intermediate Advanced (IA) classes: Ballet and Revive class required for the Intermediate dancer.

Jazz Intermediate Advanced (called, Jazz IA) Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm (Studio A) AND Thursday 4:00-5:00pm (Studio A). If taking jazz, ballet is required.

Class Descriptions:

Creative Movement: Ages 3 – 4
Designed to introduce the technique of dance along with fun activities that develop coordination, rythm, team work and creativity.

Pre-Ballet: Ages 5 – 6 
An introduction to ballet with more sophisticated creative movement elements.

Beginning Ballet: Ages 7 – 10  
We use a specific ballet curriculum which focuses on the foundational elements of classical ballet.

Ballet 2 Advanced & Up
Students are required to take ballet classes if taking jazz. We use a specific ballet curriculum which builds upon the classical foundation through multi-step combinations and style/presentation coaching. Pointe classes are open for Intemediate students only.  Most students spend 2-3 years in each level.

Jazz 4 & Up
Students are required to take ballet classes if taking jazz. Students are taught the techniques of jazz movement (lyrical and modern styles). Most students spend 2-3 years at each level.

Revive!
This class is specially designed for the upper-level dancer (level 4 and up) to weekly “revive” the soul of the dancer using the RADIANT curriculum. Every week each class is different exploring a variety of theme-based dance genres, aerobic/strength training exercises. This class is such a fun, morale boosting time together, inspiring dancers to fall in love with dance all over again….”dancing from the inside out.”

Junior Dance Ministry Team (“Jr. DMT”)
The Junior Dance Ministry Team is a special dance team composed of level 5 dancers who use dance to serve/minister at various local outreaches and venues. Choreography will be taught during class times.  

Senior Dance Ministry Team (“Sr. DMT”)
The Senior Dance Ministry Team is a special dance team composed of professional level dancers, ages 18 and up. This team uses dance to serve/minister at various local and global outreaches and venues.

2nd Child (3rd etc.) Discount: Every 2nd (etc.) child is given $10 off their monthly tuition.

College Student Discount: 30% off tuition – *Applies to attending students only.

Registration Fee: $20 registration fee charged for registrations after August 15th.

Performance Fee: $20 will be charged per student per class to help cover the performance costs. This will be charged both at Winter and Spring Performances. Students are sometimes asked to provide costume elements above and beyond this fee. 

*To participate in the performance, you must be caught up on your tuition payments.


Dress Code

Creative Movement

Girls: Pink leotard, pink tights, hair in bun and bare feet.

Boys: Plain solid t-shirt; jogger style sweatpants with elastic ankle; hair pulled away or up out of face; bare feet.

Pre-Ballet
Girls: Pink leotard, pink tights and hair in bun. Also allowed – ballet skirt (any color). Pink or nude ballet shoes. *

Boys: Shorts/sweatpants and plain t-shirt (any color). Tan or white ballet shoes.* 

Beginning Ballet
Girls: Black tank or camisole leotard, pink tights, hair in bun and pink or nude ballet shoes.* Also allowed – ballet skirt (any color). Girls are encouraged to purchase a nude colored camisole leotard for performances. 

Boys: Shorts/sweatpants and plain t-shirt (any color). Tan or white ballet shoes.* 

Levels 2A & Up
Girls: Any solid-colored leotard, pink tights and hair in bun. Also allowed – black tights, dancer shorts or skirt and fitted shirt. Encouraged to purchase a nude-colored camisole leotard for performances. Pink or nude ballet shoes. For jazz, nude foot-undeez (lyrical half sole).*  

Boys: Shorts/sweatpants and plain t-shirt (any color). Tan or white dance shoes.* 

Adult/Teen Classes & Senior DMT
Females: Whatever is comfortable. Recommended bottoms: shorts, leggings, sweatpants or biker shorts. NO mid-driff/half tops. Pink or nude ballet shoes.

Males: Shorts/sweatpants and plain t-shirt (any color). Tan or white dance shoes.* 

*SHOES: Carried only at dance stores (see below for options)
Females: Students should have SPLIT SOLED pink or nude ballet shoes; jazz students should have nude half soled foot-undeez. Pointe shoes: recommend first fitting at Empire Dance Store (see below).

Males: Tan or white dance shoes that are split soled.
